James Le Gros’ BIO

Since being cast by Gus Van Sant as Matt Dillon’s drug-addicted cohort in DRUGSTORE COWBOY, JamesLe Gros’ has established himself as a versatile actor with a diverse body of on-screen work.  Le Gros has starred in numerous Independent Spirit Award-nominated films including Nicole Holofcener’s LOVELY AND AMAZING opposite Emily Mortimer, Todd Haynes’ SAFE opposite Julianne Moore, Alan Rudolph’s MRS. PARKER AND THE VICIOUS CIRLE opposite Jennifer Jason Leigh, and Stacy Cochran’s MY NEW GUN opposite Diane Lane.  

For his portrayal of the dim-witted, rising-A-list movie star “Chad Palomino,” opposite Steve Buscemi and Catherine Keener in Tom DiCillo’s LIVING IN OBLIVION, he was nominated for an Independent Spirit Award.

Le Gros’ other film credits include David Fincher’s ZODIAC, Tony Scott’s ENEMY OF THE STATE, Oliver Stone’s BORN ON THE 4TH OF JULY, Cameron Crowe’s SINGLES and Kathryn Bigelow’s POINT BREAK. 

His television credits include series regular work on David E. Kelley’s Emmy Award-winning ALLY MCBEAL and Showtime’s Emmy-nominated SLEEPER CELL.  He costarred in HBO’s MILDRED PIERCE opposite Kate Winslet, and more recently recurred in HBO’s GIRLS, FX’s JUSTIFIED, and Showtime’s BILLIONS.

Le Gros more recently starred opposite Michelle Williams in Kelly Reichardt’s Independent Spirit Award nominated film CERTAIN WOMEN and in Andrew Bujalski's SUPPORT THE GIRLS opposite Regina Hall.  He will next be seem and Fritz Bohm’s independent feature WILDLING opposite Bel Powley.  Le Gros resides in Wyoming.

Mira Sorvino's BIO

An exceptionally poised and articulate young woman, Mira Sorvino  may have seemed inappropriate to play a crazy hooker, but Woody Allen took the chance, and her magnificent performance as the female lead in his MIGHTY APHRODITE (1995) proved her range as a performer and earned her an Oscar (at the tender age of 29) for Best Supporting Actress. Since winning the Oscar, Sorvino has continued to take a wide range of roles, including another stretch as Marilyn Monroe in NORMA JEAN & MARILYN (1996), co-starring with another very intelligent and skilled young actress, Ashley Judd. Forays into action and horror, such as MIMIC (1997) and THE REPLACEMENT KILLERS (1998) show that Sorvino is not above being playful in the film roles she chooses.

However, what forever cemented her role in popular culture was her performance as charmingly silly California beach girl Romy White in ROMY and MICHELE'S HIGH SCHOOL REUNION (1997), in which she and co-star Lisa Kudrow utter one hilarious absurdity after another.

Christopher Backus' Bio

Christopher Backus was born on October 30, 1981 in Orange County, California, USA as Christopher P. Backus. He is an actor, known for Bosch (2014), Roadies (2016) and Underground (2016).

 Melora Walters Bio

Melora Walters is an actress and director, known for Magnolia (1999), Boogie Nights (1997) and Dead Poets Society(1989). 

Steven Swadling's Bio

Steven Swadling's breakthrough moment came with Kickboxer: Vengeance (2016) starring former world champion Dave Bautista from Guardians of the Galaxy (2014) Alain Moussi Gina Carano and world renowned, Jean-Claude Van Damme.   Steven was a fundamental component for the franchise reboot of the Kickboxer (1989) classic, and served not only as an executive producer but also the role of Joseph King. Steven went on to also executive produce the second installment of the trilogy Kickboxer: Retaliation (2018) again starring Alain Moussi, Jean-Claude Van Damme with the additions of Christopher Lambert Mike Tyson and several other world champions in the sporting world including Ronaldinho Gaúcho acting debut. He also reprises his role as Joseph King. Steven is set to executive produce in the final installment of the trilogy Kickboxer: Armageddon (2019)

In 2016 Steven executive produced and played Detective Fripp in Point Defiance and immediately followed it up with Waterlily Jaguar (2018) directed by Melora Walters and shares the executive producing card with Paul Thomas Anderson the film stars James Le Gros Academy Award Winner Mira Sorvino and Dominic Monaghan Stacey Oristano and Christopher Backus Steven also plays Bill's (Dominic's character) business partner, Peter in the film.
