Renting a movie theater shouldn’t mean guessing at pricing. Here’s what it costs to reserve The Eclipse for your private event in Breckenridge:

  • Half-day use (up to 3 hours), non-peak business hours: starting at $750
  • Full-day use (3.5+ hours), regular business hours: starting at $1,500

 We are conveniently situated within walking distance to restaurants, hotels, tap houses, groceries and more! Our guests experience a high-country mountain town atmosphere that bustles with history, culture and a passion for the arts. 

Half-day use (up to 3 hours), non-peak hours, starts at $750. Full-day use (3.5+ hours), regular business hours, starts at $1,500.

Yes. The Eclipse is a favorite Summit County venue for milestone birthdays, private parties, and small celebrations. Customize the space to your theme, bring your own content to screen, and let our staff manage the technical side while you host.

As our VIP, you can customize the private event venue to your theme or requirements. Reserving our movie theater as a small party venue is the perfect option for a variety of occasions like corporate events, office parties, award show screenings, and many more!

We ask that you return the venue to its original condition as you found it. This includes cleaning up, rearranging tables, and removing any food items.

If you are selling any merchandise or pre-packaged food, Breck Film staff must be notified at the time of reservation confirmation to ensure that everything aligns with our policies.

Of course. Provide your movie or other content at least two weeks before your event so we can run a quick quality control test, ensuring everyone has a comfortable, enjoyable experience in the theater.

Our concession stand will be open for refreshments and will manage your technical needs. If your event hosts over 40 people, you may need to provide your own additional staff. Breck Film keeps all concession stand revenue.

All alcohol purchases and sales must go through The Eclipse Theater, which carries local beer and wine along with cocktails and other beverages. Outside alcohol is not allowed.
